Can I join new organization 3 days before my LWD in my current organization?

I have joined the organization month back and resigned.i have not disclosed this organization details to new organization which I will be joining..they had the details and lwd from my previous organization only.

Hi Fishes, I have joined CS on 10th Oct last month. Things are going smooth till now but I want to learn fast as I have completed 1 year after passing CA. My teammates are working from home, feeling uncompatible for learning as they are messed up with their daily task. No 1 is readily available to solving the doubts. My observation limits to my screen appearance. I think limited listening tends to limited learning. Anyone have any idea how to get interact with teammates to faster my learning?

My new job has a $500 wfh stipend I need to use within 30 days of my start date. I have a button standing desk, an ergo chair (it’s not Herman Miller but I’ve never noticed discomfort), a monitor that’s an older dell model with off color accuracy and sits on a stand. Not sure what's wrong with companies (HRs) these days.

I've lost 2 offers just because of my joining date and for which I've specifically said that my notice period would be 60 days.
After taking multiple rounds of interview and taking documents then HR would come back that we can only offer if you can join within 'X' days.

Literally frustrated with these sorts of tactics.

PS: one of the companies was a well known US based card company.
Pss: i really want to quit my current company.

I have cleared technical rounds for epam Still hr discussion is pending, how much could I ask for Role: A3, YOE: 5.5, Stack: React frontend.

How is tds calculated? My only doubt is do they include variable pay also as head income? Let's say my CTC is 32lpa which includes 5lakh as vp. In this case, will they consider 32-5= 27 lpa for the tds calculation or 32lpa itself. Please help am confused.

I have a offer from Zscaler (India) for 20.5 lpa including stocks. And, another offer from Karza Technologies for 24.5 lpa. My last working day is 22nd of April. And, I have Zscaler is willing to buy me out. However, there are no buyout options at my current org. I'm currently negotiating for an early release (31st March). If I do get this, I'm planning on asking Zscaler to match Karza's offer and throw in the early joining part. Does this sound like a good idea?

Why Global Logic is not giving more than 11 LPA to 3.5 Years Experienced people ?
One HR ghosted me after salary discussion where i asked 14 LPA (Had an offer of 12.40 LPA)
I have contacted 2-3 HR, all are saying we don't have budget, if you have offer more than 11, don't appear , we will not stretch.
