I have a button standing desk, an ergo chair (it’s not Herman Miller but I’ve never noticed discomfort), a monitor that’s an older dell model with off color accuracy and sits on a stand. Have a keyboard, mouse, intuos tablet, iPad. I do motion graphic illustration etc. Any suggestions? An Apple Watch? lol

Finally just took a day to work from home. My office never instituted a hybrid policy, kept everyone in office full time, and now our county hospital beds are full. One thing I didn't realize was the toll anxiety and constant tension was taking on me. We all need to be a bit kinder to ourselves because this profession isn't going to do it for us.
