Can someone give an idea about AIP pay in Consulting? I was in advisory till last year and follwing were the AIP ranges each year:
FY2023 - 120 - 180%
FY 2024 - 98% - 150%
FY 2025 - 120 - 180%
Please note that these are % of the bonus component of your CTC. E.g., all Consultants and SCons have 10% as bonus component which translates to 18% max bonus in FY2025. Can someone let me know the range of bonus received historically? Want to see if consulting has a wider range than advisory or the other

I had a quick question

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.
