And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. Currently a Investment Consiltant at WFA making $62k with a $7k bonus. Both are in office positions in SLC, UT. TIA

Is it worth to move to a Value Engineering and GTM role in a product based company from Deals Strategy and Value creation role in a Big 4? In the last one year, I only learnt Power Bi and Alteryx but no functional or domain knowledge. Offshore setup doesn't allow us to get full idea about what's happening in the front end. What's the inhand salary calculation for below 2 offers(after tax)

1. 34 LPA fixed pay ( both employer and employee PF included) 12% of Basic. Total 3.2 LPA in PF deduction.

2. 36.5 LPA fixed pay ( employee pf 12% of basic and employer PF is 1800 )

My Deductions are
1. 1.5 lakhs 80c
2. 50k 80ccd
3. HRA - 22k p.m.

Have offer from Tech Mahindra and NTT data For SAP MM profile.

Tech M is paying more by 20%.

I have 11 yoe in QA. Now at 19.5 L package. What is the average salary i can get if I do Scrum master certification like CSM or PSM1 ? Also, after doing certification, is there a chance to get scrum master jobs ?
