We usually use a personality factor questionnaire. It's quite reliable. But we also change and base the questions on the current situation.
I've used Predictive Index and Caliper before. Also have used DiSC.
Hi! You can try the Hogan Personality Test. It can be used to measure a candidate's bright-side personality traits. The test determines whether the candidate possesses the necessary traits to fit the company's culture and standards. Hope this helps.
