Can we do the office 8 days continuously rather than 2 days a week?

Employer is forcing our hand to go into to office next week. Taking several trains to reach there is making me really uncomfortable with this. We have been working doubly hard, longer hours from home, and I don’t want to put my health at risk for a company that most likely doesn’t care. How to navigate?

I just never have time for dentist appointments, doctor appointments, or even personal things like exercise because I spend all my time commuting and in a physical office.
