Can we get promotion from A to SA with 2 rating?
Last year i have 4 and previous year 5.
Last year when i was moving to a proj said i will be given promotion but they did not now they given 2 and released.
Any chance?

Sinple advise those who are waiting for SA promotion... whatever package u r getting as A you will get only 15% hike for promotion to SA...so it's nt at well worth, Better switch.
