Hi Fellow fishes, I had an hr discussion with amdocs and during salary negotiation they told we can't give more than 11 lpa, they told it's the last offer and didn't negotiate at all. My current CTC is 7 lpa and YOE: 3 years. How can I renegotiate with them. Will they not process my offer letter if I ask them to reconsider? P.S. : I really want to join amdocs. Amdocs

Current Situation - due to bgv not completing as one of my company as per CTS is black listed so they changed my hiring from permanent to contractual role.

It is a bit tricky, in the past people since the promotion was an yearly affair, people got 1 collective revised letter which had compensation adjusted for promotion and increment.
Now, with monthly promotion people received increments in Oct and another one for promotion (when they were promoted in different months). Though I am a bit not sure if you are promoted effective 1st Oct then what may be the case as increments are also effective 1st Oct.
I think only the HR may have the answers, HCMs and Managers also usually do not have clarity on such queries.
