Requested an early roll off as I wasn’t getting on with my current manager. They relayed performance concerns to my people lead. People lead has been fair and sees my next project as a chance to prove myself again. I haven’t yet been put on a PIP.

Just joined S&C from 8 YOE in industry. Joined as M1, but was also a manager in former industry role. How soon is reasonable to be thinking about promotion Senior Manager? What kind of salary increase comes with this promotion?

Also, I negotiated current salary when the offer came 5 months ago now, not taking into account high increases in inflation. Do salaries get adjusted for inflation? And if so, when?
