Can you guys give me some advice on this, I've started my job career a year before in the Automotive embedded software domain.

I'm feeling paid less than what peers of my same age get in other embedded domains. Is it worth switching the domain or should I continue in this?

Is it like this in the initial stage and will it get better?

CTC 4 LPA
No other previous experience. Just a year since I joined the automotive embedded domain.

It is not about the work actually. The work is pretty good but the pay is very low compared to other embedded domains.

Currently I'm working on the Adaptive AUTOSAR stack. (Integrating applications into an adaptive environment). These applications are coded in C++. Its mostly development and integration. And coming to testing I'm familiar with the Gtest which we usually use for unit testing as well as integration testing.

If you ask for a release, he will either not release you or release with a very bad rating and influence other project managers to not take you into their projects.

You will be left with no choice other than leaving TCS.

Which resume line would provide better signaling of talent to employers?
