Oh wow I have so many. After I gave birth she came into the delivery room and brought food for my husband only and was telling him he needs to rest because “HE must be so tired”.
She also gave me a gift for the wedding (in front of my parents) and then a few weeks later took it back from our apt when I wasn’t home!!!

I once got in trouble for leaving a villa that had broken air conditioning after bedtime w my toddler (who has been up since 3 traveling) without problem solving for her first.
My father in law decided at our wedding after being relatively friendly with me that he didn't want his daughter to marry an American, so proceeded to ruin the wedding and left the rest of the inlaws there with no ride, so I had to figure that out....hasn't talked to my wife in 10 years nor met his grandchildren....now buys lavish gifts for his other grandchildren, takes them on trips, etc. We also aren't ever invited to our nieces birthday parties because he will be there and is to immature to be in the same room as us. The list goes on and on and that is without talking and interaction!
Mine wanted to see us for the holidays, got upset my folks got Christmas (my dad’s on call for Thanksgiving), had nothing ready for Thanksgiving dinner after we flew across the country, then complained I wasn’t cleaning as I cooked when I made Thanksgiving dinner for all at their house. Husband tried to help clean; mother in law concerned he’s “overexerting” himself. Called after Thanksgiving asking my husband that they wanted to criticize me but was afraid of my temper. Asked him if he could tell me to not lose my temper while they did so.
They got yelled at by my husband…

Mine counted the number of pictures I’ve sent her of each of my kids, concluding that my youngest has significantly less photos. Then provided this analysis to me and told me my youngest is going to hate me because she has less photos than her sister 🙄
Way too much time on her hands.
My MIL is absolutely horrid. I can’t share too many details because it’s super specific and god forbid someone I know is on here 😳
Basically none of her three children speak to her, one has a restraining order on her. She has made MANY serious false accusations on her own son and her daughter’s husband. She’s a pathological liar and super manipulative (we’ve caught her lying to us countless times). When I married her son, she told me I was stealing her son and her dog. God, I have so many stories I could tell but won’t. I am so jealous of all the people who have great MILs.
Where do I even start 🤣. Sobbing in the delivery room when our 1st baby was born, passive aggressive 150% of the time, all gifts always come with price tags (made very visible), drinking/on the phone when watching our kids, guilt tripping my SO, always comparing with her oldest who’s a “multimillionaire”, assuming to be invited to all family trips & not talking for weeks when we don’t… these are just a few highlights… the list goes on. 😝
