CapG BGV team wanted previous Employer HR to mail me Joining date, release date, Eligible for rehire. I Joined Capgemini on 22nd July and I got mails for experience letter, Today which is more than 45 days I received the Experience letter from TCS and I have mailed to CapG team, but they wanted mail confirmation from TCS HR, Is TCS hr will reply me with capG-BGV . is capg can take any action against me despite providing Authenticated Experience letter from TCS if mail is not provided ?

I had asked my manager for SSE position at Canada and its a intra company transfer.

Tech Stack : python(django/flask), JS (react, emberjs), good hands on in AWS, Azure, terraform, ansible, githubCI, shell script etc, DB(MYSQL, ES, postgres, mongo), and custom toolings made internally.

My current CTC is 16.5 LPA (India) with 4+ YOE, product based.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I ASK FOR TORONTO LOCATION. CONSIDERING BY THE TIME I REACH THERE I WILL BE AROUND 5YOE?
