CBS plain vanilla MBA vs. MBAxMS: which option keeps more doors open in the long run?

OP is open to both and hasn’t doubled down on any particular post-MBA career yet. My thoughts:

MBA pros (MBAxMS cons):
- Aug entry, bigger cohorts
- Can shoot for VIP
- Relatively cheaper
- Flexible concentration and lighter course load
- Proven program (vs 3-year-old)

MBAxMS pros (MBA cons):
- Can learn solid coding & ML if I choose to
- Exec MS is still an MS
- Technical PM & Quant Fin more achievable?

Are any other paralegals struggling with billable hour requirements? I have 5 years of experience in corporate transactions, M&A, and real estate work, and have never had billable hour requirements. My long term goal is to go back to consulting more of a business advisor from a strategy perspective

Would MBA be any good for me especially looking at strategy side?
I don’t want to spend $200K and would probably go online MBA in a mid tier school. Are those any good?

There are plenty of other good universities internationally so why the expensive ones in the US?
