I have been selected at citi but HR is unable to release offer letter. This is because I have worked for citi as contractor or consultant in past but I don't remember my SP ID or GP ID which Citi provides to its temporary employees. If they cannot extract it due to some reason, will they release my offer letter? Please clarify this.

Im starting a new job but still employed somewhere else. I was trying to be open about staying at BOTH places. My current job won’t let me be part time because they don’t allow “set schedules”. Yet I am one of the only reliable and loyal employees in the department, and currently working a set schedule. So why will they not let me continue a set schedule but with different hours? This place is more focused on strict policies and not actually trying to work their employees and being flexible.

Had a phone call last week with T15 adcom inquiring if they had additional merit funds. Adcom said she would pass my name to scholarship committee and would only hear back if I was granted more aid.
