Anyone have experience or example of brands who have in housed media buying in Ireland? I have 4.2 years of full stack experience in .net and angular, currently i am on notice period with 45 days remaining, holding offer of 15LPA from a startup company, Wns global is offering me 15L fix plus 3L as variable (total 18LPA), i am in the process of offer negotiation with WTW, BNP Paribas and Tech Mahindra, can anyone please suggest me how much expected salary should i propose or should get as a max from EACH.
