Getting back to making stuff, and letting others worry about all the political BS. Getting a foot into a place you want to be. But it has to be at a place where the odds of making good work are solid.

Depends on who you’re working for. If you have respect for their judgement it can be rewarding and as said, you get back to doing what you got into the field for in the first place.

However, if the person you work for is a hack, that can be a miserable existence. You end up conceptually swinging in the dark every day and lower your own standards just to get something past them. I guess if you’ve reached the point where you truly just want to get paid it’s fine. But it’s a depressing day to day life.

I found it difficult to get hired at a lower level. Everyone thinks I’m going be bored or will jump the second a CD spot comes along. my experience at least.

I once took an ACD job from CD and got a $10k bump. My previous boss was toxic, the hours were horrid, and I needed some life balance for a bit. It wasn’t the best fit, so I moved on after a year, but it was what I needed at the time. Set your priorities and go after that.

Hello all,

Recently I got a offer letter from TCS, my concer is on creating UAN number.

When I was pursuing my BTech at that time itself I have done some job as part time in a power plant so they have created an uan number for me. I have worked there for 2years approx after that I left. and also I withdraw all the amount from uan number.

So now my question if I don't want to give my uan number in tcs because if they see the details they are going to questioning on me..

Can they create a me
