Ok so. I have been on this journey for almost a year now to try and 'get to know and love myself' and I'm not there yet. I separated from my ex in March of 2020 and divorce was finalized in October 2020. I'm still sad, lost, angry etc. I'm trying/tried therapy, meditation, ayurveda, self help videos, books, but I'm not happy with myself and I don't think I know myself. I want to be happy alone before I meet anyone new. Any tips or advice on how I can effectively accomplish this? Thank you!

In process of buying a house, both my surveyor and specialist damp contractor found damp under kitchen tiles (In the grout) & in skirting boards and up one wall. Sellers had work done initially in 2014 on the wall only(with garuntee) & their company has visited and assured there is no damp… what is next best course of action, get another damp specialist to examine independently of other reports? I’m dealing with some hypopigmentation (not hyperpigmentation) as a result of eczema on my face. I went to the derm who provided me with some Tacrolimus but the results are painfully slow - it’s been about 45 days and maybe 25% of my pigment has returned if that. Has anyone else dealt with this and had any tips or product recommendations? I’m not finding much online either (other than wai but I’d love to speed up the process since it’s on my face)
