Citi folks !! Please help. Attended first round of interview at @CITI today for a VP position. The interview was taken by a Senior VP , who is the hiring manager. Just after the interview I checked the portal and it showed Application Status as "Business Review".

The job link got grayed out on the portal.

What does that mean?
