Interviewing for a few Snr Salesforce admin roles in Seattle region, what’s the expected TC?

Left current company during the interview process. Recruiter still thinks I need a two week notice…do I need to tell her? Or do I take the two weeks?

Hi all, looking for advice on… well everything career related 😔 it’s the “great resignation” and people are moving on to better things all around me. I’ve been actively searching and interviewing for at least 6 months, and no offers after final round. I’m struggling to stay motivated to search and fake enthusiasm in interviews, and I’m still increasingly miserable in my new job. I think I need a career coach - any solid recos? Or is it even a career coach I need to help me get on track?

I have secured positive feedback from interviews and awaiting negotiation call. However it has been 3-4 days since I shared my documents. Does it take that long for negotiation call to come? Or is it something I should worry about? Can anyone give me any tip? Thanks.

Why is it that when you want to leave your job, the new potential company you are interviewing for takes for forever to get back to you?

McKinsey HR is compressing my entire interview timeline into 2 weeks (assuming I pass everything) so they can potentially present an offer before I’m forced to decided on BCG or not. My case study prep has been exclusively focused on BCG and I now need to shift gears and get ready for the first McKinsey case study interview monday morning. How are they different and similar and where do I find the best McKinsey case study prep for my 2 day window?? Help!!

Had an interview with FB this week. Recruiter said they were going to schedule time with me to prep for the next round (which involved a case interview with a team member). Had the recruiter interview Monday morning and still haven't received any follow up. Is this normal considering recruiter told me on the call that I'd made it to the next round? What is the best way to respond? I was thinking about calling to leave a follow up message. Is this too much?

Is the interview process to get into IBD harder or easier than top consulting firms like BCG/McKinsey/Bain? Where do the truly smart people work nowadays?

In one interview today with Kundyl. Their expectation is to be available oncall 24*7... With work from office. They literally got offended and stared at me for asking about WLB... Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.

How do I know it’s time to get out? I’ve been applying to jobs, but is it okay if I don’t have anything lined up before quitting? For context, I recently had to move and now I’m commuting. My boss originally supported my decision to work from home 2 days a week but backed out the week of. I know that I need to be proficient with DSA, but not really sure what else. I was told by my recruiter that there would be a system design question, but then I went to an interview prep session and I was told that SDE 1 interviewees are not required to know system design.
