Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

If you don't want to get exploited by there corporate companies then start upskilling 5-10 hrs per week so that you can switch every 18-24 months. That's the only way out of this shit show.

It's not just the company. It also depends on your reporting manager and leadership team.
I know people in Cognizant who have been promoted from Consultant (SA) to Sr. Consultant to Consulting Manager in <8 years.
If your reporting manager is good, he/she should give you opportunities to grow - promotion / on-site opportunity / good rating and hike OR a peaceful environment.
Company and reporting manager - both play a role an individual growth. I mean - blame both of them.

Lol. No bro. He is a Kannadiga and his reporting manager is (at AD level) from North.
Seriously 😒
Toxicity at its peak
My friend ran away from that hell hole xD
One of my colleague is promoted only once in 10 years, and he is the only reason to blame. He is enjoying to fullest spending time on bench, not working on skillsets, and doing work as per his wish and mood when in project. HCL doesn't fire so he is enjoying.
In my opinion you cannot label large IT MNCs as good or bad. There are some units in the org which are doing exceptionally good, some are not that good. Your experience in these companies will depend on.
1. If your unit as whole is performing well, it is a profit enabler to the organisation.
2. If your account is performing well and growing at a good pace
3. If people at the top layer of your unit are getting promoted and getting good salary hikes. Unless this happens these people will be frustrated and will do no good to you.
If all three of above are satisfied then your experience in these companies will be very good else not.
