Concentrix is worst for joining as a software engineer. I joined Concentrix Catalyst after leaving a very good company because of their false promises. This is very bad company in terms of culture. Everyone talks rudely here be it HR, managers or even project management team. Hikes here are very less just 2-3% for the best performers. Never join this company if you have other offers or options in hand.

For anyone who is burnt out and looking to leave big law and go to a midsize, do your research. I was one of those people and I can tell you the grass is NOT greener on the other side. It’s a myth. In retrospect, I should’ve stayed and set better boundaries and not have taken this 35% pay cut.

Some employees received a retention bonus/contract recently. Makes me feel they aren't going to do anything else to keep up with the market inflation, or attempt to retain the rest of the employees. Good time to exit or pray they do a market correction with the year end hikes?
