Hello folks, I came from a non-tech marketing background, with a little customer facing startup product management experience. Currently at TechM, I'm working on Client project for MS, there is no proper KT, as they just gave a one note for all onboarding related threads and there's zillion teams meetings every day despite the fact that mine is a day shift, I need to attend calls after 9.00pm and sometimes after 10.00pm as well. And I'm absolutely clueless about the cloud/Azure/ Microsoft

This company preaches "collaboration" and truth is that this couldn't be further from the truth. They do not warrant the awards they tout simply due to the lack of truth and internal input. Employees are afraid to speak the truth and when surveys go out to customers the negative ones are not computed. They are happy not being #1 and the competition is eating their lunch.
After CD&R a private equity company overpaid to acquire them, the company has been in a downward spiral. They have closed facilities, reduced services and obliterated inventory and are now losing vast amounts of employees. This company will implode or be sold off, and the current leadership will walk away with millions in bonuses all the while staff received 1.5% merit increases. Sound like a company deserving of awards???
