Nothing more original and personal than a graded feedback session. Let her know it’s either up or out.
Was thinking of making a report card for her and failing her in every category. Good to know someone agrees
Im very bad at gift giving, but one thing I’ve found my girlfriend to love is that I take her to the mall, and give her 2K for her to spend on whatever she wants. This way we both get to spend the day together, and she can get whatever she wants and likes. We always have a good time, doing this, as she likes to model the clothes she tries on 😂😂 and asks me for my opinion on how they look
lmk if you ever break up 😂
Ring with coordinates of where you met
Practical gift - nice water bottle or mug with stickers, keychains etc that are inside jokes, memories or similar
Splurge - Plan a day or weekend trip to a location not too far away that you both haven’t been to (3 hours max has worked for me). Include dinner res and spa. Time together is priceless 🙂
I like to gift custom embroidered blankets from American Blanket Company
Plan a trip
Pandora bracelet/ necklace - can’t go wrong
Pandora - there’s still hope for the Fishbowl. If you work at Pw give me your GUID - I’m sending you the last of my RTR $$
Barefoot dreams throw blankets are all the rage right now
Also, is there a music artist or tv show she enjoys? Search Etsy to see what you can find on there. For example, if she likes Star Wars then just search that on Etsy to see what Star Wars themed stuff is out there
jewelry from mejuri or gorjana is always a safe bet- they do engravings for free too!
Your name on a necklace
Take her somewhere nice & focus on creating a memorable experience - Nothing tangible as it’ll end up in the garbage if/when you split up.
Merch for her favorite musical artist
I’m all for experience gifts. Couples massage, day trip, concert, sporting event…
One I just did for my partner was a ‘murder mystery night’. I bought a game called Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective, which is basically set of cases with a series of clues and you have to solve the mysteries. I thrifted a bunch of old timey candle sticks and holders, bought props off of Amazon (pipe, fake pearls, velvet tablecloth, satin robes, fake bow tie for our dog, etc.) so we could work by candlelight and feel more thematic. Found a detective playlist on Spotify for ambiance. It’s fun because the game pushes you to communicate better and play off of each other without phones, TV, and other external stuff.
Also got them a bath bomb to use while I was setting up to make it a whole date night experience.
Also love a planned day - lunch and their favorite food/snack + local attraction (I.e., aquarium), buying something they’ve been noodling on getting but haven’t yet, and home comfort gifts (SKIMS fuzzy robe, nice house slippers, idk Squishmallows if she’s into that, oil diffuser, etc)
Trip to the spa or massage certificate !
Y’all are awesome. Thank you for the ideas!!!
Maybe a 90-day script for Xanax? If you work at Pw then she’ll have to put up with you - might as well make it somewhat enjoyable for her too
During covid I made a birthday video for my gf which had all her friends create a birthday message video, with myself adding in a little happy birthday and other stuff at the end
