Currently going through the background screening for an offer with Citi (they use a third party Yale Associates) and Yale Associates asked for a copy of my associates degree and/or transcripts from the community college. This was so weird one, i don't see how they couldn't just call registrars office and verify, two I have been with JPMC for 5 years and never got asked for this. Anyone have experience with onboarding to Citi and/or the Yale Associates verification process? Citi

I’m in FDD… I know I signed up for this but there’s something about the anxiety that comes on a Friday knowing that we still didn’t get access to VDR .. and how that anxiety grows as you enter the long weekend knowing that access can happen at any minute (or not) and you have to tippy-toe on the idea of potentially cancelling on your memorial weekend plans. If you were self employed for less than 6 months and didn’t make any money and the background team is asking for proof of time span with the company you were with, what are they looking for? I was assuming they just want to know you’re not still active but not sure. Anyone have any insight?
