Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!

What are the chances of Amazon (or FAANG in general) allowing you to apply/interview again for a position that you did not get in the past?

Is it crazy to switch a job while undergoing IVF?
I’ve been in my current role for almost 4 years. While I am generally happy, & have flexibility with time off for personal matters, there are things that bother me. I have an offer for way more money, manager title (which I want), much larger bonus & IVF benefit is better. However, I’m in the middle of stims and it is STRESSFUL. I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?
