Currently working in a mid-sized US-based service company (India office driven) with full WFH, great work-life balance, and a supportive team. Downside: low salary, almost no hikes, and poor benefits. I’ve received a TCS offer with a 45% hike, but it’s 5 days WFO. Given TCS work culture, I’m confused if the switch is worth it. What is the salary that TCS is offering and your YOE? It'd make sense to make a switch if there's no pay in your previous role. You can move to TCS and maybe later switch to another company that has a bybrid policy, in another year or so.
