Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

I've only gone to Starbucks on a few occasions when someone I was with insisted on going. I never liked the place, I always thought it was a frivolous fad. It's not surprising they're having problems, when the economy starts to crumble, stuff like that, what people consider little luxuries, are the first things people give up. Canary in the coalmine moment, perhaps.
Some of that is to stop those individual stores’ unions, because sending in Pinkerton Men to crack workers’ heads is illegal, now.
Starbucks specifically has been going through a lot of changes. Most of which nobody is enthused about, so not a huge surprise. It’s awful for the 900 people, yet a drop in the bucket for how big the chain is.
I'm not sure what they expect, charging how they do. There's absolutely no reason an Americano needs to cost six dollars. I understand inflation and all of that, but they are absolutely pricing themselves out of a ton of markets.
