Deciding on two options:
- currently technically a L4 AS in GCS, but 8 months into an AE bungee but current team isn’t hiring full time AEs for awhile I’ve been told. Long term bungee means I get paid the L4 AE comp base+bonus ~ $218k
- Do I go L5 LCS GMP AE role, on sales plan so base+bonus ~ $272k
- Or L5 GCS GMP AE role, but bc they are building out this program it’s on a company plan for the foreseeable future. Base+bonus ~ $230k

Recruiter shared post on-site feedback and she mentioned that she would like to do the team match and do 1-2 additional rounds of interviews because the feedbacks now are borderline and have a very low chance of HC.
