I graduated in May of 22. I transitioned from being an intern to being a full time counselor, now for 6 months. I feel like I might be catching my agency at a tough time, but as an employee it doesn’t seem to be trying anything to keep me here besides the occasional ‘motivational’ posts from the administrative team. I felt like I was lowballed during my offer, and my negotiation salary was denied since this is technically my first “professional” job. Pt 2 in comments:

I'm up for a pharma agency senior CW role in the Rx/HCP vertical. I have been freelancing for 11 years, so mostly contract rates between $50 and $80 p/h (lower end on W2, higher 1099). They want to know my 1099 rate and salary requirements if full-time employee. Would $75 hourly and $110K be within range? They are in Philadelphia. I work at an MSP (Managed Service Provider) meaning we are the IT services for many other companies. It’s busy all the time and I get to experience all different types of apps, OSes, and almost every aspect of IT in this way. I make around 50k which is alright but its hectic as there’s too many tickets and not enough personnel. I heard this is common but I’m not sure.

My American citizen 8 month old is on tourist visa in India; current stay runs out on June 7. Flying outside the country is a risk we don’t want to take w/COVID. Don’t want to overstay the visa either. So we applied online on eFRRO to convert his visa to X-1 so we can apply for his OCI. They didn’t ask for payment and message popped up saying watch your text/email for next steps. Anything else I can do?
