Get a Rotimatic.
Best Buy I ever had. Just changed my life. My wife is from Assam and concept of roti is alien to her. After eating rice twice a day for 10 years, life couldn’t be rosier.
Wheat (no additives) tortilla made fresh at the local mexican (DFW big chain) grocery store. Put it on roti grill to make it like phulkas. 2.49 for a pack of 10.

Nah there is a weird after taste
Patel brothers sell fresh made whole wheat chapatis - 7 bucks for 25. Way better than the frozen stuff
I buy them and freeze, and use for about a week. Tastes fine..

Thanks all! Will try and find some grocery stores in my city with fresh rotis/tortillas!
I usually get the roti uncooked from Costco. It taste same and less preservatives.
Depends on what healthy means to you.
Generally packaged food is not as healthy as home made.
Generally stagnated food is not as healthy as food that’s prepared and consumed within 1-3 hrs.
If you must buy store bought, get wheat or multi grain roti (not all purpose flour)

I get freshly made roti in Apna Bazar - Edison. They sell 30 roti for 7 bucks, try to get those if you are in NJ or else rotimatic is a good option if you are making roti regularly.
It’s fine as long as you don’t over do it. Health is all about eating most of the right foods and of course calories in vs calories out. You are eating mostly high fiber whole grain in your diet having a roti or two a day isn’t that damaging.
