Hey guys. I’m looking for some advice on a new promotion to Radiology Supervisor. It’s a great opportunity and I know I will be great in the position. The only problem is I’m worried about the issues it may create. I’m pretty fresh out of school (<2yrs) while my peers have 5-10+ years of experience. I’m a new hire and currently the only creative on a team of developers. I’ve requested Figma—but IT has pushed back, asking for “detailed business justification… explaining it is beneficial or will assist in day-to-day tasks”.
