At my first agency job, I was
- Paid pennies to work 55 to 100 hour weeks.
- Bullied by senior members of staff about my appearance and poor quality clothing. (The best I could afford on what they were paying me.)
- Looked down on and generally disrespected constantly.
- Falsely accused of theft with no evidence.
- Ordered to lie about my religion.

Would you take a 7.5% raise to a startup company with 15% bonus (upwards of 30% for high performers which at Big4 been rated consistently high) plus stock.
