I started my career in nursing late in life. I did a community college program from my RN and then immediately started working in a hospital that paid for me to go back for my BSN. I chose to take the courses through University of Arlington. To be honest, the hospital didn't care which program I chose and a lot of other places are the same. It doesn't matter where you get the degree, nursing is about your skills. I honed my skills the past 10 years and went from a stay at home mom to a nurse manager.
As long as it's a known/established program, you should be fine. I prefer those because they're self-paced so I can finish them faster.
