Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

I believe so. I would say, for the Canadian market, $90k would be reasonable. That is excluding bonuses.
Actually, $75 CAD sounds pretty on point. Is that what they offered you? Are there any other perks in play?
Yeah I get the usual medical benefits , there is time bank if you bill more than 1720 hours in a year, but I think that's about it
I would say $75k CAD is a fair salary but there is room for negotiation. Try getting 5k more out of it.
If all 3 years are forensics experience I’d try for more. I had 2.5 years in audit at my current firm and now 1.5 in forensics and I make 72k as a senior associate in Vancouver.
