Which companies have Fridays off in the summer?
Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

No one really knows. They go into LEK and are never heard from again.
I work at LEK. I feel well trained and have developed discipline, among other things. Ignore the title, I’m an AC now. It’s a grind for sure, but the 15 hour days aren’t for nothing: you learn a lot. I’m 3 years in, and I’ve led several cases that were staffed without a consultant (PL). In about a year, I’ll be promoted to consultant, not that I intend on staying that long. Nothing stresses me out any more. Not much phases me, including colleagues with poor emotional regulation or leadership skills. I’ve learned to detach emotion from work: I really don’t care about my colleagues, but have learned to engage in just the enough amount of small talk to appear friendly. I have case experience across all industries, and plenty I can talk about in an interview context. As somebody who had virtually no professional skills coming out of college, I can’t imagine the amount I’ve grown in the past 3 years.
