I think some people are oblivious to the behaviors and when they are coached they change but others just have it ingrained in their personality
What type of toxic behavior have you witnessed? Are they insulting and disrespectful, are they micromanaging? Is it peer to peer or is it a manager who abuses authority?
I've found the best experiences have been at companies that promote a healthy work environment. It is encouraged from the top on down. It's part of the onboarding process and or introduced throughout the year for employees to stay mindful of behaviors that are inconsistent to the mission or detrimental to respect in the workplace.
They adjust in benefits and even gas light you sometimes even pretend to become the victim of your actions
I don’t think toxic people ever really change—or at least, I haven’t seen it happen. In my experience, they might adjust their behavior when a manager or HR gets involved, but then they go right back to the same patterns. I honestly don’t see anyone improving if they’re truly that toxic.
