Severance pay should be paid then if co is forcing to resign
Bhai, kis duniya mei ho.... Wo PIP case bana rahe hai isi purpose ke liye ki severance na dena pade aur performance ke naam par exit ho jaye.
Experience letters mein kuch mention karte hain kya if someone fails to clear PIP
Nah.
They will ask you to resign instead ...you will get normal experience letter with nothing mention around performance.
Nahi bhai.
Your salary is an expense on the practice partner's P&L. Your notice period will be immediately waived to curb cost.
That's the intent of putting people on PIP when the utilisation is low and no visible project in the pipeline.
It's an annual exercise and gets repeated in the month of Jan-Feb to trim the fat.
