I would always try to negotiate. Worse they say is no.
Don’t you think any normal company would not kick you out for asking? It’s pretty commonplace…
Have reasons for all of your asks. Be polite and clear about what you want. But yes negotiate.

Negotiate if you can, but don’t assume it’s risk-free. Companies can and do pull offers when applicants ask for things, even seemingly benign things. That said, know your worth and make a personal judgement on if it’s worth it given the offer, market comps, the job you’re leaving, and the importance of this particular job on your personal and professional life.
