I’ve done market sizing, know exactly what it is and how it’ll work, and even have verbal seed funding offers.

But I can’t code.

What do I do next and how do I protect my idea from being stolen?

Guidance needed :-

I have 10 YOE in fields like Cust. Service, Business development, Cust. Retention, Insurance reimbursement.

All with foreign Language related processes as I know the language. No knowledge of any tech/IT course.

My mother is very ill and to look after, I need to be at home and I want some good WFH opportunities.

Which field/sector/roles I should look for considering the experience ?

Currently an associate at a V30 and negotiating a partnership position at another V30. What is the correct way to maximize the pay in the negotiation as a lateral partner? A junior associate at big law here. When you get emails from recruiters asking for a call to discuss new opportunities, do you respond declining or do you just not respond? What’s the norm? Do you respond to cold emails?

Anybody have experience with adjournment requests in the 1st Dept App Division? We have a respondent’s brief due a week from Wednesday. This past we submitted an application for adjournment. I’ve convinced my partner that we have good cause (record issues that need a motion to resolve) but now I’m starting to get worried. Are adjournments usually granted?

Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The partner said because I joined the firm later in the year, it’s normal not to advance in the next year. Is it? Thanks!
