Thoughts on cigar smoking?
Best time to consume protein powder/shake ?
I tend to overwork myself and it’s really taking a toll on my mental well-being. I want to learn a lot and prove myself to my superiors so that they recognize me/see value. Now my work has a sense of dread to it. I watched my parents be workaholics growing up, so it’s all I know. I’m also goal-oriented and driven, so achieving a lot scratches that itch for me. But, it’s making me want to quit cause I’m burned out and depressed….im not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Probably not the healthiest habit but to start waking up early, I started taking preworkout as soon as I wake up. Knowing I won’t be able to physically sleep gets me out of bed

You need to shift it in increments, not in one go. Over a course of weeks, go to bed 15 min earlier and wake up 15 min earlier, then 30, then 45.
When you wake up, get sunlight in your eyes outside as soon as possible
When it’s the weekend — sry babe but you have to maintain the same schedule. That multi-hour difference is probably wreaking havoc on your wake/sleep rhythm and contributing to grogginess
I have observed the same. When I sleep with blackout curtains I am up before the alarm and relatively fresh.
Is it possible to push back the rest of your day a bit and start the yoga / workout routine at whatever your normal wake up time is? I’ve found it hard to change sleep schedule but shifting the rest of the days schedule seems doable
I actually could do that. I don’t mind working till late and don’t have any meetings before 10
Are you me OP? Struggling with this exact same thing :/
Trying to do this as well. Currently wake up around 7:30am and cannot for the life of me convince myself to wake up at 5am.
Go to bed earlier
