Does anybody else constantly deal with scheduling issues, such as people canceling, no-showing, last-minute changes, etc.? It's getting old having to reach out to the same parties over and over to try to find times that work and pray they reply in a timely fashion. Do you have any tips for making this process smoother? Is there any software that you use? Secret techniques?

I use “Bookings” It’s part of your office365 options. I set it up as a “service” If I’m interested in an applicant after reviewing their resume on indeed, I send them the Bookings link. It’s connected to my outlook. You set up the hours you are available and whatever times you’re free is what will show available to the applicant. Their appointment shows up in my outlook calendar and Bookings will send them reminders. I love it because I’m not wasting time trying to get their availability etc. it doesn’t eliminate no shows but it really helps. If you’re interested, there are some great videos on YouTube that will help with the setup process.

we've had fewer scheduling issues and gained access to a larger pool of candidates since we started using ai for initial interviews. Candidates can complete the interview when it's convenient for them, which has really helped cut down on last minute changes/no shows

2 red flags
1) candidate privacy. how are the recordings stored & used by the AI tool? can candidates opt out and pick a human interviewer? can candidates ask their recording be deleted?

2) legality of rejecting candidates based on AI and no human interaction. certain states ban this.

They need me at my job, but I’m being way under paid. I’ve asked twice for a pay increase. (With a no a a response) I want to put in my two weeks notice to see if they would consider giving me a pay increase.. but I don’t have a back up plan right now to do so. Any suggestions. It hard for them to find employees and the turn over rate is to the rooftop! I would be hard to replace at a short notice now that they are hiring like four new physicians and providers

A campaign my partner and I thought of went into testing, but died in the process. Same idea, concept, name and execution used on another client/ campaign just a month after, that we weren’t on. Few people from the old team were on this new campaign. We’re disappointed about it and wondering if this is a common thing that happens?
