Seems very low. I would consider 170k base the floor for a true M role at a credible strategy firm.
Agreed, plus a healthy bonus
Not at all. Being paid well under market
So I’m assuming Eagle gave you that promo. Honestly that’s how much a sr consultant in federal gets paid at IBM.....
Very low. Our first year Consultants (2 YOE) are getting paid 120 base
Can I get a referral 😂
That seems low given what I know about COL in Seattle, I feel like at your level of experience and manager level you should be punching 150 at a minimum boutique or non boutique
For an M I feel the bonus % is incredibly low; am I off on that?
I’m a 1st year SA with 2.5 YOE out of undergrad and my base is $148k. This is in a LCOL tier 3 city. With that being said, you are drastically underpaid
Seattle consultant level here. You are being lowballed hardcore. Ask for more. Apply elsewhere that values you

- 8 yrs post-grad experience at Fortune 500 & strategy lead role at agencies
- Worked on projects as an engagement manager through last year

Low. You should be in the 170-190k range at least. Are you on any sort of visa?
Travel component should not be a factor. You are being paid significantly less than your peers in this industry.
Strategy? That seems off.
Super low, I've been offered a senior analyst role for $110k and a consultant position at Slalom for $130k. I only have about a year and a half of experience in consulting, you may want to consider looking at other firms.
Low.
You are making big4 senior $$
Very low.
It sounds low, but there are a lot of factors. You could definitely make more somewhere else.
It's a marketing firm, right? Does that affect the context?
