Hi!
I have 7+ years of experience in small business management and operations within the Hospitality Industry (franchised motels).

In my case it isn't balanced at all.
I have delegated some tasks, but I am in the gap between the two occupations and I tend to work many hours.

I spent roughly 30 minutes to an hour a day setting up systems of how I’d turn that job into my first client. I pitched the CEO, and was able to jump ship, keep a large portion of my pay, and focus on the new business.
I’m not saying you can’t hustle and do it all, but if you want to succeed - change who it is you’re working hard for.
