AFS - if I do my self input on my FY22 goals and submit to manager for a review this week since my project ended, what do I do in May when I have a different project? Will the same fy22 form get submitted with me adding more self input to it or do I make a different copy of that original form and reconcile somehow?Accenture

I know this is 7 months old now, but wanted to give feedback in case anyone else comes searching for the same information. I haven't done it myself, but I've worked closely with people who have lived in Boston, Denver, San Diego, Chicago, and Cincinnati so it can definitely be done.
I have heard, however, that when you make this change, AFS does not pay extra to adjust for a higher cost of living. At the same time, they may evaluate you for promotions against people in DC instead of whatever city you were in before (if you were in SA or STL).
The more I learn about the promotion process, the less I understand the second part. Not once have my Managers or mentors said promotions are based on location. But someone I knew on a previous project said that when he moved from San Antonio to Chicago, it meant promotions got harder for him because he was being ranked against a larger pool of people (DC).
Something worth asking about if/when you take steps towards this change.
There are a lot of remote AFS employees in our project
Our project has been fully remote for last 4-5 years, even before Covid. Last month mid year we have two promotions to L8, one L7, and one L6, and a lot of other promotions at a lower levels. So it depends on the project.
