I check the job boards a couple of times a week, even though I like my job. Like you said, it's good to know what's out there. Maybe my dream job will catch my eye!
Not lately. I am trying to hold onto the job I have and not putting anything out into the universe that I am interested in job hunting haha. I'm trying very hard to do my best in my current role so there's no target on my back.
I agree.. I think we need to be prepared, so I like to always look, interview, and even consider other places to see how I am doing in the market. I also have a goal to network every week, as my connections consistently bring me valuable opportunities.

I look internally and externally at least once a week. If you aren’t proactive at looking at the internal board, you can miss a possible good fit.

Literally every week, if not most days. I always like to be prepared. Although my job is stable for now, I don't think it's a bad thing to see what is out there just in case.
