I have a few times, but not too often. Only happens in ridiculously fast paced CDDs. I’ve never seen it in a regular strategy project
Maybe like 1-2 hours max once or twice a year.
Was told it wasn’t an expectation when I first joined. But unless you are unbelievably quick, it’s sometimes a (unfortunate) necessity to meet our timelines
This was my experience at my last company. The weekend work was required to be ready for the week. Leaders would always say don’t work the weekend but expect many hours of work to be done by first thing Monday morning.
No we don’t
I’ve worked almost every weekend this year, not full time but at least 4 hours a day

Omg 😱 that’s crazy
I basically never work the weekends anymore. I used to work the vast majority of weekends in my prior role, where it was expected, and it was unsustainable.
