Does anyone else feel extremely confused all the time & have major imposter syndrome? My manager encourages me to ask questions but whenever I️ do I️ feel like they get annoyed & expect me to figure things out on my own? I️ end up doing 2x the work bc they give me no guidance, I️ have to redo whatver it is I️ create and it’s extremely difficult to get anything done because my work depends on collecting info from other team members who are so hard to get a hold of. I️ feel so demotivated, any advice?

Don’t asume you are being annoying, before you even ask. And if they find it annoying who cares. You have a job to do. Press on and you will see his persistence wins in the long run.

Indesign experts! HELP!
I'm trying to translate an indesign document from En to FR.
I have been provided the French translation word file.
When i try to paste the FR COPY on EN. The foot notes disappear and the superscript beside that french word also disappears when paste it from word.

Is there a way to easily copy paste text first and then edit footnote text (maybe link them later)

What are best practices to translate Indesign files?

Hi Folks,

I recently got interviewed at Salesforce for position of Lead Automation Solutions Engineer and they extended an offer. FYI,I did some initial negotiation and the package looks like this;
Total Pkg - 255K(Base - 136K,MBO - 9K,Commision - 49K,RSU - 60K/4year).
Is there any room for negotiation or did I already hit the roofline?
Appreciate the insights. Thanks.
