Does anyone have a suggestion for a pair of cute but functional winter/snow boots? I just went to the poconos for a couple days where it was snowy/icy and was sliding in my leather boots and sneakers, and just took my son sledding today in sneakers, I feel like it’s time to invest in a decent pair of boots with a good grip on the bottom but that aren’t butt ugly. Thank you for any suggestions you may have!

Sorel is cheaper than UGG but work well. Doesn't need to be UGG. Timberland are also great. But something like this:

As a lifelong Boston, Chicago and now NY resident, I’ve had every kind of boot they make. I 100% think Hunter rain boots with warm inserts are the best. It is shocking how slick snow boots are, Bean boots especially (truly no clue how they are so popular, you’ll break your tail bone the second it gets icy). Hunters have a little heel and actual tread to keep you from falling

I've been working at this company for about 3.5 weeks now. Its been great so far.

We have an org chart in our dashboard ATS/HRIS and so I clicked on my first day buddies name just for fun.

I was able to see her entire employee file..even her address. I was really freaked out and I went to another profile and the same thing happened, I was able to see this person's emergency contact. Is this fucking normal? Should I say something and will I get in trouble for looking at a colleagues file?
