Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

I’m a new manager and having difficulty coaching my associates and peers to practice proactive problem solving. I’ve had a few cases of very smart associates who were used to order taking and were very uncomfortable dealing with ambiguity and driving a workstream themselves. Anyone has tips and advices?
