Any open OCM roles within this network?
Career wise - what would be best? A change management role at Crowe working government software upgrades Or Change Management role at a name brand childcare company? The culture fit at childcare company is amazing.. remote, unlimited PTO Crowe , I'm not sure since it's working with government.

Is this for some entire day workshop ?? If yes then I have witnessed in the past design thinking activity around the problem statements - helps identify change impacts through the exercise. From entire strategy and agile perspective, we did an exercise where people are divided in teams and they are at the base camp of a mountain and then the exercise is all about providing info on the other base camps, resources, people etc.. and then they have to devise a plan of how to reach the top of the mountain - it requires phases like at phase 1 there is a base camp and now the participants cannot carry xyz thing because of the weather or something
Not sure if it helps but these two had fun elements and a lot of quick agile thinking and change in strategy
Won’t be possible in 90mins. You can give a summary of case (study) in hand and make it interactive to say how change mgmt comes, how agile projects need to be and etc
I have used Road on a Roll (https://www.brambler.com/baby-child/paper-road-on-a-roll-kit). Taped it to the walls with a few layers for Product / People / Environment (industry events) then had the group walk through putting post it notes on the road laying out and talking through all the items that needed to happen and when (in what order). Then using Dot voting to have people mark the importance. Then using easels to get down the work breakdown structure for the backlog and project plans. Depending on how many people and how complex it can be an afternoon or full-day session.
